Our Story

Today excellent patient service is all about communication.
Patients are online 24/7 and look for answers to medical questions online.
The founders of ChatPatient Wouter Slettenhaar and Jasper Wijbenga both have years of experience in Marketing and communication for the Aesthetic Industry. 
As Vice President APAC and Area Manager Europe for Crisalix 3D, Wouter and Jasper both saw the need for cosmetic clinics and their patients to improve online communication and digital marketing. Besides, they noticed how hectic it sometimes can be for a patient coordinator or clinic manager. 
The goal of ChatPatient is to improve online communication for clinics and convert anonymous page views into real consultation bookings.
